Listing photos are the buyer's FIRST tour of your property!!! Listen in for some tips to look for when your agent promises "professional photos" A good photographer can properly and accurately represent you listing. Things like distorted views, and colors shouldn't be a part of it. Drones?... we think they're good for some applications, but not for most of central Wisconsin's listings. We still do "alternate view" photos, listen in for our easy tricks on that too!

We decided to "practice what we preach" so to speak... Something that always comes up with buyers is painting. The single easiest, and most DIY, project is giving your rooms new paint! or accent walls; or ceilings; or concrete walls and floors; or entire house exterior!!! Don't be afraid of painting, there are many MANY online resources for application in a wide variety of circumstances. We took a few hours and painted the accent wall in our podcast studio. Not only did it give a fresh look, but it'll be great for our other photography needs as well!

Our family is more than just the people in our home... Pest are here too!! It's okay to sell your house with pets around. The key is communication! We'll keep you informed of showing requests, and will help prep your home for the best showings. Some buyers have allergies, or children skittish around pets they don't know. There are many variables that we discuss, including our help with buyers needing to find their perfect place... and place for their beloved pets!!

Moving your aging loved ones is never easy. Lets talk about the process, some tips, and starting that plan NOW while they are still able to a full part of that process! There is a lot to consider, asking lawyers to prepare documents, moving items with memories attached, and listing their house for sale (that's the part we dedicate our help with). It's not quick, but it doesn't have to be as painful as it may seem.
